Galit Philosof

Galit is a Wealth Strategy Designer, Behavioral Coach, and Communication Specialist.  She has served as Trusted Financial Advisor to  Israel’s leading ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals. 

She is among the founders of the Family Economics coaching industry in Israel and is considered one of the nation’s leading financial coaches. For almost 20 years, Galit has guided thousands of families on their way to success and financial well-being.

Galit is the CEO & Founder of Philosof & Co.– a strategic financial advisory firm helping affluence families navigate key decisions and overcome challenges that arise from the complexities involved in managing their family’s wealth. The company’s specialty is in helping families build healthy and promoting relationships with money in order to stabilize the family as a financial entity and a rewarding asset for future generations.

Matt Allen

Matt Allen is an Advisor with LGA and an Associate Professor in the Entrepreneurship Division and Faculty Director of the Family Entrepreneurship Amplifier Program at Babson College. His expertise is in the area of family learning, family entrepreneurship and the development of the next generation. Professor Allen teaches entrepreneurship and family entrepreneurship courses at the undergraduate, graduate and executive levels. 

His teaching approach has earned him numerous awards and invitations including the Poets and Quants Best Undergraduate Business Professors for 2020. At the executive level, Professor Allen has worked with audiences across the globe with a special interest in Middle Eastern, Asian and Latin American markets. Fluent in Spanish, Professor Allen is comfortable teaching in both English and Spanish.

Mika Mazor

Mika advises family businesses in the areas of intergenerational transfer, strategy formulation, corporate governance, human capital development, and navigating complex changes. 

Mika is a proven leader who specializes in global organizations, and is also a psychotherapist with clinical experience.

Prior to joining LGA, Mika served as CEO of Strauss Holdings. Throughout her 25-year career, she served as a senior executive in publicly owned global companies. Apart from her senior roles in organizations, Mika has consulted and accompanied organizations in processes of transformation, change of ownership or change of strategy. She is also a voluntary member of the board of directors of the Friends of the IDF Handicapped Veterans’ Organization.

Sarah Cox

Sarah Cox joins LGA with 25 years of family business experience working within L.L. Bean. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at LL Bean reporting to the CEO and the Family Leaders, she was their internal person facilitating the development of their family governance, heading their shareholder office, helping to manage succession, and coaching family leaders and the next generation. 

Her education background includes a MA degree from the Harvard University Divinity School with a focus on organizational ethics, a BA degree from the University of Rochester, and post-graduate education from the Wharton Business School the Kellogg School of Management’s Family Enterprise program At LGA, Sarah provides consultation to multi-generation family businesses regarding governance, shareholder development, and leadership development.

Exciting things are happening at LGA, and we are proud to share the relocation of our business to a new location with a more modern office space in Connecticut.
