LGA congratulates the Carvajal family, and particularly our Partner Gustavo Adolfo Carvajal Sinisterra for being a role model for family enterprises in Colombia and around the world, both on good business and governance practices, as well as fulfilling its social responsibilities with the communities they interact with. Amazing first day of LGA’s first in-person all-hands team meeting since COVID. We spent the day playing with Lego to brainstorm LGA’s strategic direction. Jacqueline Lloyd Smith from Strategic Play Global guided us through some fun exercises that showcased LGA’s creativity and strategic alignment.

LGA’s Partner, Neus Feliu, participated in a podcast with Tharawat Magazine, discussing the important insights gained from the “Family Enterprise Global Survey on Generational Perspectives” global study, authored by Esade Lansberg Gersick Advisors (LGA) The John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises Tecnológico de Monterrey HKUST Business School Julius Baer. Studies like this create awareness among owners of the challenges they face and spur debates within enterprising families on the relevant topics that need to be discussed.
