Wendy Ulaszek is a Partner at Lansberg, Gersick & Associates LLC. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in succession planning, family systems, and family enterprise and philanthropic governance. At LGA, she has a special focus on executive coaching and the development of the rising generation. Wendy has over 15 years of consulting and counseling experience in individual, group, and organizational assessment and leadership development. She has designed and delivered workshops on leading effective organizational change, emotional intelligence, ambidextrous leadership, communication, diversity, and team building. She also has extensive experience in the administration and interpretation of numerous psychological and personality inventories relevant to executive leadership development.
Currently, Wendy is the co-lead investigator for a research project co-funded by the National Center of Family Philanthropy and LGA focusing on how multigenerational families of wealth coordinate their numerous philanthropic activities. She enjoys teaching family business and coaching family enterprise leaders at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL and more locally, at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT.
Wendy’s consulting work focuses on the implementation and sustainability of sound family governance structures, policies, etc., which will serve the family, the family enterprise for generations to come. Her work has taken her to families throughout North America, Central and South America, and Europe.
