Helena has been supporting leaders and teams for over two decades, specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, team coaching, and organizational learning. With deep expertise in adult learning, neuroscience, and systems thinking, Helena has worked with over 200 global leaders from top organizations like AB InBev, Roche, Accenture, and Unilever.

As an entrepreneur, she has co-founded a non profit organization to advance corporate governance best practices to local family business, and established the Team Coaching Studio in Brazil, from the ground up, besides her own consulting business. 

She also served on advisory boards for organizations such as The Humphrey Group and Modern Health, contributing to global strategies in leadership and inclusion. Additionally, she worked as a voluntary director of Education for the International Coaching Federation in Brazil, overseeing all learning initiatives for its 500 members and general public.

Helena lived in the US for ten years, where she experienced a diverse melting pot of culture and people, while attending high school and earning a BBA from the University of Miami.  She continues to value cutting edge education, and has recently earned a  Master’s in Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership, from Teacher’s College/Columbia University.  In addition to formal academic settings, she has been credited with many certificates in Family Systems Therapy, Executive and Team Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion, and different professional development approaches.  Learning and diversity in general have always been highly regarded values for Helena, all of which she intrinsically includes in her professional and personal roles.

Born into a family business, she understands the complexities of leadership, governance, and transformation firsthand. She is the fourth generation of a business family that has transformed itself completely, facing its many challenges. 

She lives in Southern Brazil with her two daughters, loves outdoor activities, beach tennis and crochet.
