Claudia has been advising business families for over three decades, with expertise in businesses families’ transitions, family governance, shareholder relations, family protocols, and strengthening corporate governance. She is a psychologist, certified in Family Systems Therapy, holds a Master’s degree in Group Processes and Interpersonal Relationships, and earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from PUCRS/HEC Montréal.
As a co-founder of the Brazilian Chapter of the Family Business Network (FBN) and an active speaker, Claudia shares her knowledge widely. She teaches about family business structures, processes, and unique dynamics at universities across Brazil and at the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute (IBGC), where she coordinates family business shareholder development courses.
Born into an entrepreneurial family in South Brazil, Claudia combines her professional expertise with personal experience. She lives in South Brazil with her husband and their blended family of four young adult children.
