Catalina Arango supports client-families in the design and implementation of plans to ensure the continuity of the family businesses throughout generational transitions. Focused on Latin America, Catalina has experience in the design and implementation of corporate and family governance structures and the development of family policies and agreements in regard to the family business. 

Graduated from the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia, with a degree in Business Administration, Catalina has a Master’s degree in Family Advisory in non-clinical environments and an MBA degree from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

Catalina is Colombian and speaks English fluently. She currently lives in Cali, Colombia with her husband and her baby
