Bean, reportando al CEO de la empresa y a los l\u00edderes de la familia, Sarah fue la persona puertas adentro que facilit\u00f3 el desarrollo de la gobernanza familiar, desempe\u00f1\u00e1ndose como l\u00edder de la oficina para los accionistas, ayudando en el desarrollo de los procesos de sucesi\u00f3n y asesorando a los l\u00edderes de la familia y a miembros de la siguiente generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su formaci\u00f3n educativa incluye un Masters de <em>Harvard University Divinity School<\/em>, con enfoque en la \u00e9tica organizacional, un BA de la Universidad de Rochester y formaci\u00f3n ejecutiva de  <em>Wharton Business School<\/em> y el Programa de Empresas familiares de <em>Kellogg School of Management<\/em>.
