Tambi\u00e9n brinda disertaciones y publica trabajos sobre planificaci\u00f3n de continuidad, liderazgo, desarrollo profesional, diferencias de personalidad, creaci\u00f3n de equipos y din\u00e1micas familiares.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Katherine obtuvo su Licenciatura en Oberlin College y su Maestr\u00eda y Doctorado en el Peabody College de la Universidad de Vanderbilt. Su pasant\u00eda la realiz\u00f3 en la Universidad de Yale. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Katherine fue miembro de la Facultad y profesora de pr\u00e1cticas adjunta de la Universidad de Yale (Estados Unidos) por 30 a\u00f1os, tiempo durante el cual se dedic\u00f3 a la ense\u00f1anza, servicios e investigaci\u00f3n de temas vinculados con las familias y el desarrollo organizacional.
